The first 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games Open announcement is in five days! Read about it here! Remember, we will be completing the Open workouts on Saturdays as the Workout of the Day (whether or not you have signed up for the Open online, everyone will be able to do a version of the workout, so sign-up for class!). What you need to know:
- Class times may change slightly as a result of the length of the workout
- Class sizes may be capped due to the complicated nature of many Open workouts
- We will post any class time changes by the Friday morning beforehand, so stay close to this website/Facebook/Twitter. Please register for Saturday classes early to ensure that you get into your favorite class time!
The Open is an opportunity for our amazing community to come together, so we encourage you to come early, stay late, BRING FRIENDS/FAMILY, and cheer on your fellow MPH-ers, whether they are competing or just having fun!
We expect to go out as a group to local bars on 14th street after each workout. There will be also be a gym social/happy hour/Power Supply tasting on Saturday, March 7 from 12-2p.
