Beginning Saturday, February 28, we will host the weekly 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games Open workout every Saturday during our regular classes, through March 28. The Open workout will be the Workout of the Day at 8a, 9a, 10a and 11a.

10x dumbbell snatch (alternating, total) @ 70/55-lbs.
This workout is scored by the total wattage score, as well as the highest wattage score from all five rounds.

max clapping pushup

10x single-leg squat (alternating, total)
This workout is scored by the total clapping pushups completed from all five rounds.
