***Important Announcement***It is time to pledge your allegiance to your favorite workout time of day. That’s right, MPH’s First Morning-Evening Showdown will be held on Saturday, April 25! Please sign up in MINDBODY as soon as possible for one of two classes: 8a to 10a, or 10a to 12p (noon classes attendees, you are on the morning team). You will pick your side when you register for class. There will be Rx’d and scaled parts to each workout, and everyone should participate, no matter your experience level!
