***Important Announcement***
MPH will be closed from Thursday, September 3 through Saturday, September 5, as well as the Labor Day holiday. This will be important, prescribed rest from loaded activity, as there is no “off season” in our sport. Rest and recovery are essential to maintaining the mental and physical intensity required for long-term success. Here are two active recovery workouts that you can complete, should you feel inclined. Workout #1:
four rounds, beginning every four minutes:
200m run
40x squat
max MPH-standard burpee (pushup included)

There is no rest between rounds. This workout is scored by the total burpees completed from all four rounds.

Workout #2:
Run 5k –or– swim 1.5k
