Beginning Saturday, February 27, we will host the weekly 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games Open workout every Saturday during our regular classes, through March 26. The Open workout will be the Workout of the Day. Please check MINDBODY for class times and register in advance!

This week’s Open workout (16.2) is:
With a continuously running clock, complete as many repetitions as possible in four minutes of:
25x toes-to-bar
50x double under
15x squat clean @ 135/85-lbs.

then, if completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25x toes-to-bar
50x double under
13x squat clean @ 185/115-lbs.

then, if completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25x toes-to-bar
50x double under
11x squat clean @ 225/145-lbs.

then, if completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25x toes-to-bar
50x double under
9x squat clean @ 275/175-lbs.

finally, if completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25x toes-to-bar
50x double under
7x squat clean @ 315/205-lbs.

This workout stops at the 20-minute mark.
