12x double under
100m run
6x toes-to-bar
18x double under
100m run
8x toes-to-bar
24x double under
100m run
10x toes-to-bar
30x double under
100m run…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 10/30, go on to 12/36. If you complete 12/36, go on to 14/42, etc.
