5x squat snatch @ 135/95 lbs.

Prior to 12:00, three rounds:

8x chest-to-bar pull-up
4x squat snatch @ 185/135-lbs.

Prior to 16:00, three rounds:

9x chest-to-bar pull-up
3x squat snatch @ 225/155-lbs.

Prior to 20:00, three rounds:

10x chest-to-bar pull-up
2x squat snatch @ 245/175-lbs.

Prior to 24:00, three rounds:

11x chest-to-bar pull-up
1x snatch @ 265/185-lbs.
