Workout #1: “The Partner Carree
in teams of two, for time:
5x 300m medicine ball carry @ 20/14-lbs.
50x synchro burpee
5x 100m carry @ 100/70-lbs.
50x synchro burpee
2x 300m medicine ball carry @ 20/14-lbs.

*One partner works at a time on each carry, and partners must alternate each one. There is a 30-minute time limit on the final set of synchro burpees, at which point, every team will progress to the final carries.

Workout #2: “Pull Away
as many repetitions as possible:
2′ deadlift @ 315/205-lbs.
–2′ rest–
2′ chest-to-bar pull-up

Workout #3: “Rack Your Balls
two rounds for time:
40x wall ball @ 20/14-lbs.
60-ft. front rack lunge @ 100/70-lbs.

for time:
1-mile run
50x burpee
800m run
50x burpee
800m run
