1. 35 calorie row + 25x push press @ 95/65-lbs. + 200m run
2. 30 calorie row + 30x push press + 200m run
3. 25 calorie row + 35x push press + 200m run

This workout runs in intervals. Partner one completes the entire first section, then partner two completes the entire first section, etc. The score is the total time for all three intervals.
