every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:
1. First five minutes at 0:25 pace
2. Second five minutes at 0:20 pace
3. Third five minutes at 0:18 pace
4. Fourth five minutes at 0:17 pace
5. Fifth five minutes at 0:16 pace
6. Final five minutes at 0:15 pace
There are two (logistical) options for Sunday.
- Option 1: meet Coach Matt at MPH and run to the track. He will leave at 10:10. Arrive early if you plan to run with him—it is a little more than one mile. We anticipate about 15 minutes at a nice, casual pace.
- Option 2: meet Coach Matt the track.
Class will begin at 10:30 sharp!
