With a continuously running clock complete three burpees the first minute, four burpees the second minute, five burpees the third minute, etc.—continuing as long as you are able.

Then, with a continuously running clock complete 5/3 calories on the erg the first minute, 6/4 calories the second minute, 7/5 calories the third minute, etc.—continuing as long as you are able.

This workout is scored by the total burpees completed and total calories rowed.
