100x thruster @ 45/33-lbs.
run one mile

*100m run every two minutes on the minute

This workout begins with a 100m run. Athletes will have the remainder of the two minutes to complete as many thrusters as possible before repeating. Upon completion of 100 thrusters, the athlete will immediately complete a one mile run. Score is total time to completion.
