then, take 10 minutes to work up to a heavy complex of 1 push press + 1 thruster.

At Home:

as many rounds as possible in six minutes:
5x object thruster –or– squat jump
5x pull-up –or– sheet row –or– staggered grip pushup

rest two minutes:
as many rounds as possible in six minutes:
5x object thruster –or– squat jump
5x pull-up –or– sheet row –or– staggered grip pushup
