CrossFit MPH – WOD

In Gym

in teams of two, two rounds for time: 1500m row 200x goblet lunge @ 55/35-lbs. 100x swing In this workout, we will have one person work at a time on the rower. Both athletes can work at the same time on the goblet lunges and swings.
