In Gym:
every minute, on-the-minute, for 15 minutes:
minute 1: legless rope climb –or– rope climb
minute 2: box jump, 24″ platform
minute 3: handstand hold (freestanding is an option)

then, three sets for quality:
10-20x weight vest/unweighted pushup
400m weight vest/unweighted run

At Home:
every minute, on-the-minute, for 15 minutes:
minute 1: row option
minute 2: (squat + squat jump)
minute 3: plank

then, three sets for quality:
10-20x weight vest/unweighted pushup
20x russian twist
