“Partner Hanging Chief” In teams of two, complete 10 two-minute intervals of as many rounds as possible: 3x hang power clean @ 155/105-lbs. 6x pushup 9x air squat *Each partner completes five intervals. Pick up where your partner left off and keep adding rounds for all 10 intervals.
