In Gym: two sets: as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes: 15x v-up 10x pull-up +as many repetitions as possible in 3 minutes: dumbell/kettlebell front squat @ 100/70-lbs. --rest two minutes between sets-- At Home: two sets: as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes: 15x v-up 10x pulling option +as many repetitions as possible in 3 minutes: object front squat --or-- air squat --rest two minutes between sets--
