Winter WOD-Erland Challenge: 1/13-2/3

We are excited to begin our Winter WOD-Erland Challenge at CrossFit MPH! (WOD = Workout of the Day in CrossFit lingo). Everyone can do this challenge, from beginners all the way to our seasoned vets. Don’t forget to grab a challenge board at the gym, if you haven’t already!

The challenge runs Monday, 1/13 – Sunday, 2/2 (three weeks). Your goal is to complete two full bingo lines, and when you do, you will receive the winter prize. And, if you complete the entire board, you will get an additional prize!

You get to stamp your board for a “Workout of the Day” square if you do the MPH workout of the day, the MPH home workout of the day, or you drop-in to a different CrossFit gym while traveling and workout there in a class. There are also many squares that are exercise-based. You will see these pop up in warm-ups and cooldowns, but you can also elect to do them on your own, as well!
