Our yearly summer attendance & consistency challenge is back! Between 6/1 and 8/2, your challenge has TWO PARTS:
- Part 1: Complete 19 workouts!
- Part 2: Complete the three nutrition activities detailed below.
Stamp these on your board to receive the summer prize package: an MPH patch and a SoMoved Nutrition water bottle! Challenge boards are now available at the gym (or attached to this email for our virtual members); please put one up when you are at the gym, next!
WORKOUTS
The following workouts count for a stamp: any class at MPH (including On Ramps and personal training), an online MPH workout (both during the virtual workout time or the video version), a self-guided daily MPH workout, or a drop-in workout at another CrossFit gym while traveling.
NUTRITION
Good nutrition helps us feel good, train hard & recover well between workouts! Complete these three nutrition activities in any order between 6/1 & 8/2! This section of the challenge is brought to you by our nutrition coaching partner, SoMoved Nutrition!
- Nutrition Activity #1: QUALITY – EAT YOUR VEGGIES!: On 3 different days, eat 5 servings of veggies or fruits across the day.
- Nutrition Activity #2: MACRO BALANCE – GET PROTEIN + FAT + CARBS: At 3 different meals or snacks, combine an independent protein, fat, and carb (veggie/fruit).
- Nutrition Activity #3: PLAN + COOK – TRY A NEW MEAL: Plan and cook at least one NEW meal or snack for yourself that includes quality/real food and all three macros (protein + fat + carb).
