Girls Week at MPH!

Girls Week at MPH is July 13-19! The CrossFit “Girl” workouts are classic CrossFit benchmark workouts! A benchmark workout is one that is named and repeated periodically at our gym. You can read more about the “Girl” workouts here!

We’ll be completing one “Girl” workout each day in class!
