CrossFit Total & Prep: 4/6 – 5/1
- We will program weekly strength work for the back squat, deadlift and shoulder press from 4/6-5/1 in preparation for The CrossFit Total, one rep maxes of these three lifts!
- Our yearly CrossFit Total event will be on Saturday, 5/2 in all classes (90-minute sessions)!
- This is for all levels! If you are newer, we will go lighter on these days.
