We will program weekly strength work in our classes for the back squat, deadlift and shoulder press from 4/14-5/10 in preparation for The CrossFit Total, one rep maxes of these three lifts!
Our yearly CrossFit Total event will be on Saturday, 5/10 in all classes (90-minute sessions)! This is for all levels! If you are newer, we will go lighter on these preparation days and also on the Total!
