Pumpkin Spice Attendance Challenge

We are excited to begin our next attendance challenge, the Pumpkin Spice Challenge! This challenge will run from Monday, 9/22 to Wednesday, 11/12. We have 17 benchmark workouts (the “Spice” workouts & “Zombieland,” our annual Halloween workout) that we complete during the Challenge. Come to as many of these as you can — they are great to compare year-over-year to measure your progress!
 

During the challenge, you can earn our pumpkin spice prize by completing three workouts per week for all seven weeks! We know you are busy and travel frequently, so we have several options for workout completion. All of the following will count toward your three workouts each week:

  • Attend any class at CrossFit MPH
  • Do the MPH at-home workout (either by yourself or with our 1pm virtual class) 
  • Drop-in and do a workout at another CrossFit gym while traveling

Here are a couple more rules to help you succeed:

  • You can backfill spots in weeks where you missed a workout, but you will not be able to forward-fill weeks. 
  • The final week will last for 10 days, from 11/3-11/12.
