dumbbell thruster with pauses (2-second pause at bottom of squat and in overhead position) 6-6-6-6 *Begin each round every 2 minutes. Medium weights. then, as many repetitions as possible in 12 minutes: 4, 6, 8, 10… dumbbell snatch @ 50/35-lbs. (alternating, total) 4, 6, 8, 10… machine calorie Continue adding 2 reps each additional round.
