100x pull-up
100x pushup
100x sit-up
100x squat

Do not partition the movements. Complete all pull-ups before moving to the pushups. Complete all pushups before moving to the sit-ups. Complete all sit-ups before moving to the squats.

With a continuously running clock complete one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute, etc.—continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

This workout is scored by both the number of minutes and total pull-ups completed.
